The Delavan Hotel

The staff was very helpful, sincere and kind! Sonny was the first person we saw, and his charisma, smile and style really brightened our day. The bed was very comfortable, but it was a little bit noisy even just laying down. The room was very quiet and private. The room itself was immaculate, and that is coming from a past executive housekeeper! Staff does an excellent job!

The Room was updated and visually pleasing. Mini fridge in the room which was convenient! The bathroom was beautiful! The room was clean. It was a bit too warm for us but we were able to turn on the AC to cool the room down. Over all, great room!

Third time here and it was still a fantastic stay. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The facility is still very well maintained. I love the fact that the restaurants on site provide dining variety and are not too pricey.

Beautiful hotel. It looks exactly like the pictures. Our 2 bed Queen room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet and even though it's pretty close to the Airport, we didn't hear the planes. We ate at the Italian Prime restaurant and everything was delicious. The ambiance was just what you'd expect at a fine dining establishment. There was also entertainment (Friday night) in both the Chandelier Bar and the Oyster Bar; great to enjoy an after dinner cocktail. We were given $10 to apply toward breakfast. There's not a lot on offer, so it basically gets you 2 breakfast sandwiches. Coffee/tea are complimentary 24/7.

The facility was absolutely beautiful! Front desk staff was kind and attentive for our every need, and made us feel welcome immediately. Our room was beautiful as well, the bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. We requested housekeeping service on our first day there, and the housekeeping was willing to work around our massage appointment to clean our room which was so kind. Breakfast offered is still currently a cold continental grab and go, which was perfectly fine for us. We were able to get yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc. Our experience at the spa was nothing short of spectacular. My boyfriend and I came in to get a couple’s massage the day after Valentine’s Day, and both of the girls who worked with us were amazing and made sure their top priority was making us feel safe and comfortable, and providing us with an awesome massage experience. We decided to go to the Chandelier Bar on our last night at the hotel, and the bartenders were awesome! We arrived to the bar a bit late, and the kitchen was already closed sadly- but one of awesome bartenders hooked us up and got us one of their menu desserts after hours. They also had an adorable photo area set up for Valentine’s Day outside the restaurants. Overall the experience was amazing and even though we were only there for 2 days, it was an amazing place to stay and I wish we had more time to enjoy the full facility. Definitely will be staying at The Delavan Hotel the next time we are in Buffalo!
